Flower Pollen

Pollen is a yellowish or rather brownish powder stuck to the bee leg combs -in pollen baskets- while they suck flower nectars out. The flight of honey bees from one flower to another disperses and distributes some of these pollens. By doing so, they help pollination.

The use of this nutrition is effective in treating allergies, anemia and prostate cancer. It also strengthens the body and retains youth.
